October 2002

At last the scaffolding is removed from the front. The scaffolding had been up for five very long  months as often the weather had been against us and instead we had to work inside. However, to make matters worse, during August when the weather was good, our builder at the time decided to do other client's work and left us paying for scaffolding whilst no work was being done. What can we do!

Hoping now for a sufficiently dry spell, the scaffolding is erected to the west side and rear of the house that needs cleaning off and, in part, pebble dashing.

We used a needle gun to get the front elevation back to the original granite before redecoration.  Now we need the device again to remove the loose paint and other poor decoration from the west side of the house.
