August 2002

Now is the time for our first oil delivery.  Peverell Terrace is somewhat narrow for the tanker.  Most of the 150 foot hose is needed to reach the tank.

The kitchen floor has been tiled and the ceiling and light tracking has been installed.

As the old hot water tanks have been removed the cupboard that housed them is also being removed to make way for a larger bathroom.  The far wall was covered over with plasterboard removal of which revealed another 450mm of space to the left of the small chimney (that houses the flue for the boiler).  The orange bucket on the left of the second image is one of several collecting water from the leaking roof that was never fixed properly.
