Payment Methods

Note: Please do not send any funds unless an agreed provisional booking has been made with us. If you do so and the Property is unavailable we may need to deduct a service charge to cover our expenses in refunding your monies. You would also be responsible for any losses due to any Exchange rate prevailing and/or any charges made by the Bank.  

U.K. Sterling

We accept personal Cheques or Postal Orders or other Money Orders in U.K. Sterling. Regrettably we are unable to accept direct payment in currencies other than U.K. Sterling.

We can accept payment via PayPal; an E-Commerce payments system. Please see Payment using PayPal.

Refundable Deposits

Return of refundable deposits etc. will be paid by Cheque in U.K. Sterling and sent by Royal Mail to the Customer's address as defined on the booking form.  We cannot accept liability for losses in the mail and to avoid any disappointment we are prepared to send the Cheque by Recorded Delivery or Registered Mail, having deducted the charge levied by the Royal Mail and a handling fee at our discretion. We are also prepared to pay directly into the Customer's U.K. Bank Account and post a copy of the receipt should this be desired; for which, at our discretion, a handling fee may also be levied.

If the Customer does not have a U.K. Sterling Bank Account, where able, we will send a Money Order in the currency of the Customer's resident Country to the Customer's address as defined on the booking form. We cannot accept liability for losses in the mail. The value of the Money Order will be the U.K. Sterling amount of the monies owed converted to the required currency at the prevailing exchange rate less the cost of the Money Order as levied by our U.K. Bank and subject to a handling fee at our discretion. The Customer will be responsible for any losses due to the exchange rate prevailing and/or any charges made by the Bank(s). 

Return of the refundable deposit may, in exceptional circumstances, be provided in U.K. Sterling cash at the completion of the holiday; if inspection of the Property can take place with immediate effect.

If you possess a PayPal account we can return the refundable deposit etc. by this means subject to any applicable handling fees.
