This Indenture made the twenty first day of June One thousand nine hundred and twenty four Between Mary Jane Bowden of Heyses Villas Station Road in the Borough of Helston in the County of Cornwall widow (hereinafter called “the Vendor”) of the one part and Jessie Rowe of 9 Wellington Road Porthleven in the Parish of Sithney in the said County Widow (hereinafter called the “Purchaser”) of the other part Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifteen pounds on or before the execution of these presents paid to the Vendor by the Purchaser (the receipt whereof the Vendor doth hereby acknowledge) She the Vendor as beneficial owner hereby Doth hereby assign unto the Purchaser ALL that plot of land then lately marked out and allotted to Thomas Eva containing fourteen poles parcel of a field called the Town Field situate near Porthleven aforesaid and numbered 2527 in the Tithe map and apportionment of the Parish of Sithney in the said County together with the Dwelling house and other erections thereon erected and built which said premises form part of Peverell Road in Porthleven aforesaid and are parcel of the Manor of Penrose together with all erections and buildings erected or to be erected thereon and all ways passages rights easements and appurtenances whatsoever belonging to the said hereby demised premises and all other premises demised by the within written Indenture Excepting and reserving nonetheless as in the within written Indenture is excepted and reserved To hold all the said premises unto the Purchaser henceforth for the residue of the term of Sixty Years granted by the within written Indenture at the rent therein reserved and subject to the covenants by the Lessee and conditions therein contained and henceforth to be performed and observed And the Purchaser doth hereby covenant with the Vendor that she the Purchaser her executors administrators and assigns will henceforth pay the said rent reserved by and perform all the covenants by the Lessee contained in the said Lease so far as the same are at present subsisting and capable of taking effect and will keep the said Vendor indemnified against all claims and demands in respect thereof And it is hereby certified that the transaction hereby effected does not form part of a larger transaction or of a series of transactions in respect of which the amount or value or the aggregate amount or value of the consideration exceeds Five hundred pounds In Witness whereof the said parties their hands and seals have set the day and year first before written.
