This recently updated (2003) galley kitchen is entered from both the external door and the lounge/diner. It comprises an electric oven with re-circulating extractor above, fridge/freezer, microwave and other services.

Accessed from the lounge/diner.
A modernised double room with views over Mounts Bay. Two double wardrobes and two chests of drawers and an electric panel radiator.
Consists a bath with electrically heated shower over; wall mounted heater, washbasin (with shaver light) and WC.
Parking
We have a secure private car park protected by keyed bollards available to residents dependent on vehicle type & size.
Communications services:
No land telephone line is connected. Vodafone & Cellnet mobiles usually do not operate in the cottage due to the transmitter location and the thick walls, however Vodafone does seem to work on Peverell Terrace. Orange and T-Mobile seem to have the best signal in Porthleven. There is a BT pay phone by the harbour.
Temporary, short term, wired Internet access may be available by appointment. WiFi services will not be provided.
