Parking: No garage but usually very easy to park nearby.
Suitability:

Sleeps six but uses single bunk beds in Rear Bedroom that are more suitable for children. Children welcome; no pets. (IMPORTANT NOTICE: The balcony is not suitable for children [or adults who do not take care] and we recommend its use only to those who will respect its dangers. Irrespective of all other Terms & Conditions, we accept no liability whatsoever for any accident/injury to any person as a result of accessing or otherwise using the balcony; the use of the balcony is entirely at the user's risk.)

Accessibility:

The property is on a slightly steep incline; suitable for mobile elderly; inaccessible for wheelchairs.

Other:

The telephone line is disconnected. Tenants may have the phone line connected by BT or a supplier of their choice.  All Agreements and Charges are the responsibility of the Tenant.

Local Activities:

Long fine shingle beach for relaxation, swimming, surfing, sailing & other water activities (but beware the seas can be very dangerous around the immediate coastline), walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, restaurants and inns.

Availability: All year round. Six Month renewable Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
Services: The Tenant is responsible for the charges for all services and Council Tax.
