Parking: There is no specific parking facility but it is usually very easy to park nearby. Secure private parking (owned by the Owners) is available a short walk away. This is by arrangement and at an extra charge.
Suitability:

Sleeps six but uses single bunk beds in Rear Bedroom that are more suitable for children. Children welcome; no pets. (IMPORTANT NOTICE: The balcony is not suitable for children [or adults who do not take care] and we recommend its use only to those who will respect its dangers. Irrespective of all other Terms & Conditions, we accept no liability whatsoever for any accident/injury to any person as a result of accessing or otherwise using the balcony; the use of the balcony is entirely at the user's risk.)

Accessibility:

The property is on a slightly steep incline; suitable for mobile elderly; inaccessible for wheelchairs.

Other: No telephone (Orange mobile is best and there is a BT telephone box by the harbour).
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the premises which includes the garden/BBQ area.
Local Activities:

Long fine shingle beach for relaxation, swimming, surfing, sailing & other water activities (but beware the seas can be very dangerous around the immediate coastline), walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, restaurants and inns.

Availability: All year round.
Services:

Bed linen and tea towels supplied and exchanged on a Saturday if booking for more than one week.
