Green Goddess - PGW165

The mystery of PGW165.  It's presumed that this PRV Green Goddess was scrapped as it was last known at 'Witham Specialist Vehicles' in 2008 and it's number plate has been available since at least 2013.  But she existed as she was used on the 'Recovery Procedure for Green Goddess Appliances', a card that was kept in all Green Goddesses.

(This copy is of an N'th copy of the original which was clearly scanned using OCR and not greyscale or colour settings, that would have preserved the image quality.  But it at least shows that 165 existed; does anyone know more about 165 and does anyone have a better copy of this document? Ed.)
